Lawyer - Business Law (3-6 years) - National Law Firm

Vortex Strategy & Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Law Attorney (Mergers and Acquisitions) for our client, a highly reputable national law firm based in Montreal.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business law within a private practice firm, demonstrate a strong academic and professional record, and be able to manage files in both French and English. Lawyers in the group are frequently called upon to work with lawyers and professionals from all offices across Canada and internationally in order to serve a sophisticated and global clientele.

Requirements

• Member of the Quebec Bar

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in business law within a private practice firm;

• Perfectly bilingual (spoken and written French and English);

• Outstanding academic record

• Experience from a national firm will be considered an asset;
