Our client, a highly prestigious national law firm, is seeking a Business Law Partner, with or without a team, for its Montreal office. You represent clients in transactions and financings and are looking to explore the opportunity to join a more innovative and transparent firm? This opportunity is for you.
We are seeking professionals able to:
Develop and serve an existing client base
Advise clients on the implementation of complex corporate structures, partnerships, and joint ventures
Manage business acquisitions through asset or share transactions
Act as counsel in arrangements, reorganizations, and corporate restructurings
Negotiate and draft commercial agreements
Negotiate and implement shareholder and investor agreements
Advise companies at the local and international levels in connection with private financing transactions in all forms, including traditional debt, convertible instruments, and equity investments
Advise clients on corporate structures, governance matters, and the resulting strategic considerations
